Justice for George Floyd

Oakland students and those of you joining from elsewhere... we are here with you and heartbroken. It'a been another grim week of injustice and demonstrations all over the country and world. We know that you have a voice and that it MATTERS. We need YOU to know that too and be heard. Don't give up and remember the power of your words to express your thoughts, feelings, and frustrations. Even when it feels like no one is listening is maybe when your voice matters the most. Write, write, write and speak up. 
​Send us your writing. We know you have a lot to express and we want to get the work up here for others to read. Every month the writings are sent to 1000+. People here reading "we write here" are listening and care. It matters. And of course, we join everyone to say "Black Lives Matter".
